Keith Hiatt brings 30 years of experience at United Parcel Service as a driver and On-car Supervisor, giving him the background to help new drivers develop safe habits from the beginning. These habits include maintaining a safe following distance that allows for smooth, economical speed control. Another important habit he emphasizes are “head checks”, looking left, front and right to clear all intersections and avoid collisions with another motorist who may have failed to yield properly. He loves to help people learn basic life skills that will help them succeed. He is licensed and certified by WA State Department of Licensing (DOL) as a Certified Driving Instructor and Master Examiner.
